1. Our Promise
We want you to love Moo’d Up as much as we do. That’s why your first order is covered by our Deliciousness Guarantee.
2. Deliciousness Guarantee Rules
First-time order of 1 bag: If you don’t love it, we’ll give you a full refund—no return required. You can keep the opened bag.
First-time order of 2 or 3 bags: If you’re not happy after trying your first bag, you can keep that opened bag. To receive a refund on the unopened bags, simply return them (plus any promotional items, like a gift-with-purchase) to our address. Once we receive the unopened bags in good condition, we’ll issue a full refund.
Returns must be initiated within 20 days of delivery.
3. How to Request a Refund or Return
Email support@moodupmilk.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue.
For damaged or incorrect orders, please include photos.
For multi-bag returns, we’ll provide the return address and instructions.
Customers are responsible for shipping costs when returning unopened bags.
4. Refund Process
Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue was our error.
